- Every dog three months of age or older. This is Pennsylvania law, not a County rule.
- When it is due
- Every license expires 31 December, whatever month you bought it. Renew by 1 January.
- Annual or lifetime
- An annual license covers one calendar year. A lifetime license never needs renewing, and requires permanent identification for your dog.
- Lifetime applications
- We check these before asking you to pay, so you are not left waiting on a refund if something is missing.
- If your dog has died
- Tell us online. There is nothing to pay and nothing to post back.
